Materials Program Manager (Contract)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site and off-site work at assigned hirify.global sites in Hillsboro, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; or Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States.

Salary: Annual salary range of $52,000–$200,000 USD.

What you will do

• Translate manufacturing inventory forecasts and business requirements into bills-of-materials stocking, risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategies.
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of scope-aligned spare parts and direct materials for US factory operations while balancing cost, quality, and inventory control.
• Provide daily tactical support to US procurement operations teams and resolve factory-impacting inventory, supplier, and material quality escalations.
• Operationalize procurement methods for inventory, forecasting, delivery, supplier labor coordination, budget tracking, and field service support.
• Assess program status, define contingency and gap-closure plans, and monitor supply chain indicators with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analyze data and develop systems, metrics, tools, standardized processes, and forward-looking solutions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or BS degree in supply chain, business, or an associated field and 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience with business hirify.globalligence tools, data modeling, or data transformation.
• 2+ years of experience managing complex supplier relationships and driving operational strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to execute disciplined processes and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build collaborative partnerships across diverse teams.
• An analytical mindset and experience using advanced data analysis for decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and advanced analytics for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Experience using SAP data solutions as a procurement or inventory platform.
