Senior Product Manager (GovTech)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in the United States.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for an assigned PowerDMS product area, tied to measurable customer outcomes.
• Conduct discovery with agencies, administrators, and end users, turning findings into clear requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship incrementally and validate product decisions with real users.
• Represent customer needs in roadmap decisions and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation.
• Translate complex product trade-offs into concise plans, launch materials, and actionable decisions for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product through a significant change such as a migration, platform upgrade, integration, or new launch.
• Strong discovery and prioritization skills, including customer interviews, qualitative and quantitative data synthesis, and defensible trade-off decisions.
• Experience working directly with customers during onboarding, implementation, or support in high-stakes conversations.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and create clarity and momentum.
• Fluency with agile teams and standard product tools including Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Nice to have

• Law enforcement background, including experience as a sworn officer, dispatcher, records or training staff member, or in agency policy, training, or operations.
• GovTech experience in government software, public-sector procurement, or agency operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products or AI-driven workflows such as screening, summarization, or search.
• Familiarity with policy management, training records, or document workflows in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Working knowledge of public-sector procurement, agency operations, or government HR processes.
