What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for the Insights grid analytics platform.
• Define and implement AI strategy initiatives, including evaluating AI-driven capabilities, automation workflows, and reporting solutions.
• Lead development of GIS-based tools for transmission planning, hosting capacity, curtailment, and energy market analysis.
• Collaborate with power system engineers, software development engineers, and data engineers to improve features, data pipelines, scalability, performance, and data quality.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, business requirements, product metrics, and usage data to improve the platform and prepare leadership reports.
• Coordinate product release activities, including testing, validation, stakeholder communication, go-to-market alignment, and production rollout planning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration, plus two years of experience in the role or a closely related technical position.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields plus five years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience defining product requirements and delivering complex, large-scale products.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies, user interviews, quantitative research, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience tracking product adoption KPIs.
• Must be able to work from within the United States; telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
