Enterprise Transaction Manager (Intellectual Property)

Location: Peoria, Illinois; onsite five days per week, Monday–Friday. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Create deal structures, term sheets, and intellectual property terms for transactions that support all parties and hirify.global’s differentiation.
• Lead or participate in deal teams covering non-disclosure, supplier, joint development, sponsored research, government, consulting, evaluation, and license agreements.
• Prepare executive summaries and risk assessments, interpret legal language, provide wording or redlines, and resolve outstanding agreement issues.
• Advise on the protection of hirify.global’s technical information and confidential information entrusted by others.
• Create intellectual property protection guidelines and enterprise procedures, and train engineering and business organizations.
• Facilitate and maintain the non-disclosure agreement request workflow, including proactive risk mitigation through training and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, or Business.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Knowledge of major products and services and the ability to apply that knowledge to diverse situations.
• Technical excellence, including the ability to develop solutions to significant technical challenges.
• Ability to influence decisions within and outside the organization through expertise.
• Knowledge of project management, team management, requirements analysis, technical troubleshooting, and product design and development.
