Project Manager (Sports Betting)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $94,000–$117,500 USD per year, dependent on relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

Mobile gaming and wagering business operating sportsbook, casino, horse racing, daily fantasy sports, television, and streaming products across the United States, Canada, and other international markets.

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver critical organizational projects.
• Define project tasks, resource requirements, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
• Track delivery progress, report status updates, and identify risks that could affect timelines.
• Develop risk mitigation solutions, provide direction to project teams, and manage delivery trade-offs.
• Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear delivery of solutions.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in project management, strategy, or business operations.
• Strong organization and transparency regarding plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision while managing interdependencies at different levels.
• Bias for action, ability to deliver in an agile environment, and a track record of success.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, including the ability to build agreements with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities.
• Ability to influence others without formal authority.
• Ability to motivate large and diverse teams across the business and external stakeholder groups, and create effective teams.
• Experience working with distributed teams and commitment to building high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
