Electrical Engineering Trainee

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and organize electrical drawings, technical documents, and engineering records.
• Collect and analyze electrical and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in electrical testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and process reviews under experienced engineering guidance.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions on technical documentation and follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems, manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• No previous professional experience is required; academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities are welcome but not mandatory.
• Basic academic knowledge of electrical circuits, electrical machines, power systems, control systems, or industrial electricity.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with technical data, documents, and presentations.
• English communication skills and willingness to continue developing them in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a manufacturing setting.
