Business Unit Operations IV - (B4)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with product line and division management to execute cross-functional programs and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Coordinate portfolio prioritization, budget alignment, and OPEX spending against project plans and targets.
• Drive COGS reduction plans to support gross margin objectives and create continuous business process improvements.
• Coordinate division business continuity planning, crisis management, and safety compliance, including lab safety practices.
• Work with lab teams on PFR, FSR, lab material management, and enhanced product lifecycle operational deliverables.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized business operations discipline.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to lead others through complex operational challenges.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
