Finance Manager (Corporate FP&A)

Location: Hybrid in downtown Seattle, Washington, US; requires four days per week in the office.

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual.

What you will do

• Manage monthly close timelines and reporting narratives, coordinating with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and business partners.
• Create monthly business review, quarterly Board, and leadership materials that connect financial results to enterprise themes.
• Interpret results against plans and expectations, assess the outlook, and shape consistent executive narratives.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and process improvements for internal reporting and executive KPIs.
• Maintain documented definitions, reporting structures, controls, and chart-of-accounts progress.
• Track retail and industry trends and deliver ad hoc analyses and special projects for Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar area.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in retail or a similar sector.
• Experience building and owning flexible, scalable reports, models, and tools that support decision-making across a wide range of business areas.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including complex formulas.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, concise insights that support executive decision-making.
• Ability to quickly understand partner teams’ work products and apply that understanding to monthly and quarterly reports.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
• Desire to work on a close-knit team focused on business success and professional development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Anaplan, and SQL.
