Manager, Corporate Finance & Strategy (AI)

Location: Santa Ana, California headquarters or remote from San Francisco, California; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 per year, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other compensation

What you will do

• Manage annual operating plans, quarterly planning cycles, long-range planning, and scenario analysis for corporate functions.
• Own corporate OpEx and allocation inputs for consolidated forecasts, including pacing models and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close activities, variance analysis, close metrics, and leadership reporting in partnership with Accounting.
• Prepare analysis, narratives, board materials, and executive reporting packages.
• Own company-wide headcount planning, approvals, reconciliation, and the Finance view of Workday data.
• Improve FP&A processes and administer Workday Adaptive Planning, including model structure, dimensionality, security, integrations, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, investing, or finance operations.
• End-to-end experience with budgeting, forecasting, close support, variance analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience building driver-based financial models.
• Strong Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial systems experience, with interest in administrator-level ownership.
• Experience with financial systems and tools such as NetSuite and Workday, an AI-first mindset, strong data quality instincts, and clear communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Adaptive Planning administration, model building, integrations, or dimensional redesign experience.
• Experience rebuilding planning processes, directing analyst deliverables, or working with headcount planning and HRIS data.
• Experience in consumer, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses and an interest in collectibles or sports.
