Manager, Integration Project Management (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, with travel up to 50% to support customer integrations and site operations.

Base pay: $177,207.64–$221,509.55 annually, plus benefits and an annual bonus structure.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Strategic Integration Project Managers, Execution IPMs, and Integration Operations Coordinators.
• Own integration delivery strategy, portfolio health, schedules, capacity planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking across robotics product lines.
• Establish governance, standardized delivery frameworks, risk registers, and executive alignment for complex customer deployments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Applications Engineering, Product, Service, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Operations.
• Set standards for vendors, subcontractors, site activities, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
• Enforce SOW compliance, change orders, site-readiness criteria, hardware checkouts, and phased Go/No-Go decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive technical project or program management experience, including 4+ years managing project managers or technical leads.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technology, robotics, or electromechanical integrations in customer-facing environments.
• Expertise in project and portfolio management, resource forecasting, critical path methodology, risk management, and framework standardization.
• Technical fluency across hardware/software integration, controls, network architecture, and customer site operations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PgMP, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience with autonomous mobile robots, unstructured robotic implementations, or industrial automation and inspection solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and installation standards for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Advanced experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Salesforce for portfolio tracking and workflow automation.
