EMEA Regional Product Manager (LCM/LPA/TTO/TIJ)

Location: Remote for candidates based in Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Czechia, Poland, the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, or Turkey. Travel primarily within EMEA is required, with occasional travel to other regions.

What you will do

• Support EMEA commercial teams with product expertise, sales tools, and guidance.
• Execute product launches across direct and indirect markets.
• Deliver product training to sales teams, distribution partners, and customers.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and applications to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management and regional stakeholders by sharing market insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, strengthen customer engagement, and drive sustainable regional growth.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, or Business degree or equivalent; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, or a similar commercial role, or strong knowledge of the marking and coding market.
• Business proficiency in English and the ability to communicate product information and collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA.
• Willingness to travel primarily within EMEA, with occasional travel to other regions as required.
