Summer 2027 Delivery Management Undergraduate Intern (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from the United States; Work At Home, Pennsylvania. Independent authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Maintain project plans and documentation, track deliverables and milestones, and assist with project reporting.
• Coordinate meetings and action items and communicate with cross-functional business partners.
• Conduct research and analysis, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Support project management best practices and participate in Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Contribute to a summer capstone project and related initiatives while receiving mentorship and professional development.

Requirements

• Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and internal or external constituencies.
• Ability to provide entry-level professional services under supervision and receive guidance, training, and mentoring.
• Ability to participate in unit projects, initiatives, research, reporting, and related studies or enrichment programs.
• Authorization to work independently in the United States.
