Healthcare Improvement Project Manager

Location: Remote, multiple US locations, including Blue Bell

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets across multiple healthcare improvement initiatives.
• Translate strategy into workplans while tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, opportunities, issues, and spend.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Medical Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, Legal, business units, health systems, professional societies, and research institutes.
• Manage external collaborator relationships, work plans, requests for information, work orders, scope changes, payments, and budget reconciliation.
• Compile and quality-check measurement data covering system-level change and patient-level outcomes.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, steering committees, and governance forums, and drive follow-through on decisions and actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of program or project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Direct experience or meaningful exposure to healthcare, healthcare systems, health-related programs, pharma, or biotech.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Exposure to quality improvement or implementation-improvement methodologies, such as IHI models or PDSA cycles.
• Experience with Claude and/or Copilot, public-private partnerships, and external partner work plans.
