Security Architect – IAM & Machine Identities (M/F) (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Bois Colombes Cedex, Hauts-de-Seine, France; up to 80% or 4 days per week from home, with office attendance based on project requirements.

What you will do

• Design and deploy secure network and system architectures across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Define and evolve IAM architecture across IGA, access management, SSO, MFA, federation, PAM, and CIAM.
• Secure machine-to-machine communications, including workload identities, service accounts, secrets, certificates, OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, and PKI.
• Integrate AI into IAM through behavioral analytics, identity threat detection and response, access recommendations, role mining, and automated access reviews.
• Define authentication, delegation, least-privilege, and auditability models for AI agents.
• Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to embed security by design and ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and applicable standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in security architecture design, including significant experience delivering IAM-related projects.
• Master's degree.
• Strong expertise in secure architecture design, Zero Trust, and IAM frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and SPIFFE/SPIRE.
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions covering IGA, PAM, access management, and secrets management, including HashiCorp Vault and CyberArk.
• Understanding of AI-related IAM use cases and security challenges involving AI agents.
• Expertise in hirify.global Cloud, AWS, and Azure, including native identity and access management services.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity standards and security best practices.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP/ISSAP, CCSP, SABSA, or vendor certifications from SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Microsoft.
• Deep expertise in emerging security technologies, including cloud security, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Experience with industry-specific regulations and standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures, including SIEM, IAM, and network security protocols.
