Solution Architect (Extended Enterprise Solutions)

Location: Marseille Area, hirify.global Helicopters in Marignane, France. The role includes regular travel in Europe and is offered on a local contract only.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business, technical, and commercial requirements with business teams, IM teams, hirify.global divisions, and external consultants.
• Lead the technical design of Extended Enterprise solutions, define standards, and secure system integration.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for hirify.global Helicopters Extended Enterprise infrastructure and services.
• Define technology directions for infrastructure and services while supporting digital initiatives and proposing innovative solutions.
• Improve solution scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in line with service objectives.
• Contribute to solution delivery and deployment, hirify.global-wide architecture consolidation, and cybersecurity projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in architecture design and understanding of overall information-system architecture.
• Experience in IT operations, integration, and the broader IT landscape.
• Knowledge of networking, network security, identity and access management, and data management is advantageous.
• Strong requirements analysis, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer-service skills.
• French and English at negotiation level required. Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities is required.
