Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually

What you will do

• Purchase goods from internal feeder factories and external suppliers according to delivery schedules, transportation modes, prices, requirements, and terms.
• Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders in the ERP system according to customer requirements, release strategy, and approval authorities.
• Monitor supplier order acknowledgments, dispatch advice, inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation.
• Track purchase order backlogs, follow up with suppliers, and support customer on-time delivery.
• Identify late-backlog root causes, implement recovery plans, track warehouse receipts, and support invoice processing.
• Handle subcontracting, non-conforming materials, exception messages, inventory management, goods receipt errors, and pending supplier payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical/STEM field plus at least 1 year of Material Planning or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management experience, or an Associate degree plus at least 3 years of related experience.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.
• Demonstrated prior use of SAP.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivation and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
