Manager - BCG Vantage (Asset / Investment Management)

Location: Frankfurt, Hessen, Germany; occasional travel to serve clients onsite is expected.

What you will do

• Deliver asset and investment management expertise, analyses, and insights to asset and wealth management clients.
• Contribute thought partnership to client cases, workshops, and proposals, and develop customized business solutions.
• Support commercialization efforts for the Global Asset & Wealth Management sector with business leaders.
• Lead the development of intellectual property, products, tools, data, frameworks, surveys, and other knowledge assets.
• Engage senior stakeholders and translate complex, evidence-based analysis into clear narratives.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with global topic leads and case teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in asset/investment management or as an investment consultant required; 6–10+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in the asset/investment management industry and the ability to solve complex client problems through analytical approaches and customized business solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievements required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, and conceptual capabilities.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with aptitude for leveraging and rapidly developing proficiency with AI-powered tools.
• Fluency in English and German required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate business judgment and adaptability, and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the wealth management or private banking industry.
• French fluency.
