Electrical Hardware Engineer Graduate (AI)

Location: Onsite in Spring, Texas, United States

Salary: USD 62,900–145,300 annual base salary in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Design portions of electrical and electronic components, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms according to established principles, specifications, and requirements.
• Implement test plans for existing designs, validating tolerances, form, fit, function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
• Build working relationships with internal and outsourced development partners involved in electrical hardware design and development.
• Collaborate with electrical hardware engineers and development partners to create reliable, cost-effective, high-quality solutions for low- to moderately-complex products.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, completed within one year of the start date.
• Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages.
• Understanding of electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
• Ability to partner effectively, innovate, and execute.
