Salary: USD 120,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive new technology initiatives and sustaining activities for sensing and monitoring products.
• Support the full product implementation cycle, including requirements analysis, high-level and detailed design, PCBA layout, implementation, testing, integration, documentation, compliance certification, and production introduction.
• Develop next-generation sensors and sensing platforms for utility and industrial applications.
• Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product management, and program management.
• Apply SAFe Agile and AI-first Scrum methods to deliver customer-facing monitoring systems, sensors, and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience designing hardware for embedded systems.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, including low-noise signal paths and power management.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, and RS-485, as well as sensor integration.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, firmware-hardware co-design, embedded debugging, and Altium Designer or similar tools.
• Knowledge of EMC and safety compliance, product certification, Agile/Scrum, and collaboration with global manufacturing partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermal dynamics, and computational fluid simulation using Ansys, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
