IT Project Manager - Infrastructure (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Manage the disposition of approximately 400 applications, including roadmap development, data capture, and identification of migration roadblocks.
• Define application migration scope, dependencies, and integrations with critical systems such as billing.
• Coordinate communication between product management and merger teams, ensuring non-technical product managers understand project developments.
• Lead multiple IT projects and deliver them on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Apply healthcare informatics and workflow knowledge to clarify requirements and support project decisions.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and other documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of IT project management experience with a strong emphasis on healthcare IT.
• Experience managing healthcare IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong healthcare informatics background and understanding of hospital workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization and lifecycle projects, including data centers, servers, networks, telephony, desktops, printing, and mobility.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity projects involving identity and access management.
• Strong project management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a record of managing complex IT projects.
• Ability to understand and manage technical aspects of IT projects and bridge communication gaps with non-technical product management stakeholders.
• Strong change management, requirements gathering, and process development facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Microsoft Project, and intermediate or advanced Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, healthcare informatics, or a related field is preferred.
