Technical Project Manager (Logistics Automation)

Location: Based at the hirify.global manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico, near Monterrey; hybrid work may allow up to two days per week from home.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end logistics automation projects from concept development through implementation and operational handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success measures.
• Coordinate Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement, and external equipment and machinery suppliers.
• Integrate automation technologies that improve factory productivity, material flow, and operational performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global locations and track project progress, KPIs, and business value realization.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and improve delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in Production and/or Engineering functions within medium to large international organizations.
• Project management experience, including proven experience managing automation projects.
• Experience managing equipment and machinery suppliers in cross-functional project environments.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical challenges clearly.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1–C2 level is required.
• Availability to travel approximately 30 days per year.
