Manager - Projects (Warehouse Automation)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of warehouse automation solutions at customer sites.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Coordinate customers, supply chain, engineering, delivery, regional, and headquarters teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, testing progress, risks, issues, hardware delivery, site readiness, and software deployment.
• Support UAT, integration validation, go-live execution, operational stabilization, and project handover.
• Manage customer expectations and identify improvements to implementation and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, electronics and communication, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, warehouse automation, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries.
• 5+ years across project or program management, consulting, change management, P&L management, or people management.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and end-to-end project management for warehouse automation or distribution center commissioning.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, project management tools, stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in operations management, project management, or a related field.
• PMI, ACP, PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, AMR, fulfillment technology, WMS, WES, WCS, software integration, and operational testing.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing delivery environments.
