Professional Project Manager

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements and contractual technical requirements into defined project scope, deliverables, and tasks.
• Coordinate with contract management, project controls, engineering, planning, site management, and the project core team.
• Manage customer communication, documentation, functional design specifications, drawings, acceptance test plans, and project deliverables.
• Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, execution plans, forecasts, and change controls.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, risk and opportunity management, and stakeholder action tracking.
• Coordinate project close-out and handover to Customer Service and the external customer.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience managing large-scale projects while meeting customer deliverables, internal KPIs, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Experience with contract review, contract changes, cost control, forecasting, project planning, and execution plans.
• Ability to manage project teams and resources, resolve customer and partner concerns, and report status to management.
• Experience with project risk and opportunity management, mitigation strategies, lessons learned, and close-out reporting.
• Ability to collaborate on safety requirements, technical specifications, engineering deliverables, commissioning, and supplier negotiations.
