Senior Logistics Manager

Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; onsite. Domestic and international travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations may be required.

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted logistics advisor and develop Integrated Logistics Support solutions for advanced systems supporting the warfighter.
• Lead maintenance strategy, training, procurement, supply chain visibility, packaging, handling, and CONUS/OCONUS transportation activities.
• Coordinate funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and logistics operations with program schedules.
• Analyze supply levels, reliability, and maintainability metrics and provide support for major logistics reviews.
• Conduct Logistics Health Assessments, develop Life-Cycle Sustainment Plans, and contribute to technical requirements, provisioning, interface control, and system support documentation.
• Represent logistics leadership at technical interchange meetings, design reviews, provisioning briefs, Integrated Product Team discussions, working groups, and staff reviews while collaborating with government, contractor, integrator, and product support teams.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance at the time of hire are required.
• Either 12 years of directly relevant experience, including 5 years in the Department of Defense, or a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, including 4 years in the Department of Defense.
• Proficiency with IT infrastructure logistics.

• Experience executing Integrated Logistics Support for Department of Defense acquisition programs.
• Ability to work independently from broad guidance, decompose objectives into actionable tasks, and adjust in a fluid environment.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, team-building, and consensus-building skills in government/contractor environments.
