Equity Options Trader (Fintech)

Location: Tempe, United States; onsite call center environment

Salary: $29.71–$49.52 per hour

What you will do

• Provide trading support to financial advisors, money managers, and retail clients through order placement and trade inquiry assistance.
• Handle a high volume of inbound trading and service-related calls and make outbound calls regarding trades and trade corrections.
• Resolve trade and settlement issues by coordinating with market centers and exchanges.
• Understand and explain multiple products, including their risks, fees, differences, regulatory requirements, and applicable company policies.
• Ensure compliance with product guidelines, hirify.global policies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or Series 66 licenses are required.
• Knowledge of equity and option markets.
• Thorough knowledge of marketplace rules and regulations.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen and communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work productively in both small and large group settings.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of trading desk experience.
• FINRA Series 57 license.
• Series 4 license.
• Bachelor's degree.
