Trading Floor Operations Specialist (Derivatives)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; mostly on-site and requires in-office work five days a week from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Salary: $88,825–$114,950 annual base salary, plus potential incentive compensation and long-term equity participation.

What you will do

• Support on-floor and off-floor operations, projects, and data-analysis activities.
• Build relationships with trading participants, customers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze derivatives data, interpret business trends, and prepare materials for committee and management meetings.
• Provide training and support on billing, clearing, trading procedures, and new products.
• Support order-entry and trading platforms, identify trading issues, and coordinate system enhancements.
• Assist with visitors and tours, physical trading-space issues, and fair decisions during the trading day.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, communication, research, note-taking, and task-tracking skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Sigma, or Salesforce.
