Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional (Fintech)

Location: Remote; geographic regions may affect the applicable hourly pay range

What you will do

• Answer member, field, and incoming brokerage operations calls and make outbound calls when required.
• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, and non-routine or complex transactions.
• Analyze and resolve “not in good order” items while maintaining accurate and timely account status communications.
• Manage workflow, provide functional coverage, and collaborate with service teams, field professionals, clearing firms, and internal business units.
• Support policies, procedures, quality assessments, and department service and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 1–2 years of related financial services experience.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of brokerage industry experience, particularly with account transfers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 licenses required, or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is a relevant qualification.
