Proposals Development Associate II (Late Phase/RWE)

Location: Blue Bell, United States; remote or office-based work. Approximately 5% travel required.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information for Phase IV, observational, real-world, registry, and evidence-generation studies.
• Prepare, develop, format, and review proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation against client requirements and operational capabilities.
• Support RFP evaluation and bid strategy by identifying study design, operational, and commercial considerations.
• Coordinate input from clinical operations, biostatistics, data management, epidemiology, patient-centered outcomes, and HEOR subject matter experts.
• Review proposal documents for accuracy, consistency, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
• Support proposal managers with timelines, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and timely submission of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, public health, communications, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in proposal development, business development support, project coordination, or a related function within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, CRO, or clinical research industry.
• Experience developing proposals and responding to RFPs for Late Phase, Real World Evidence, observational, registry, post-marketing, or non-interventional studies is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of clinical research methodologies, including Phase IV studies, prospective and retrospective observational research, patient registries, and real-world data collection approaches.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop client-focused proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposal opportunities simultaneously under competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex scientific and operational information effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 5%.
