Proposal Coordinator II

Location: United States; hybrid workplace. Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Support capture planning, pursuit strategy, competitor analysis, teaming arrangements, and client mapping.
• Analyze RFQs, RFPs, IDIQs, BPAs, C-contracts, task orders, call orders, SF330s, and related submission requirements.
• Draft, edit, research, and coordinate proposal content with technical staff, graphic designers, and subconsultants.
• Ensure proposal compliance and quality through compliance matrices, reviews, and final submission oversight.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including website content, presentations, brochures, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Support business development meetings, interview preparation, conference planning, and pursuit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C, or a relevant industry.
• Experience submitting successful proposals for federal, government, and private clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
