Project Documentation & Quality Trainee (EPC Projects)

Location: Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico; full-time or part-time, onsite.

What you will do

• Follow up on the delivery of 10%, 30%, 60%, and 90% documentation packages for large HV EPC projects.
• Maintain good practices and coordinate communication with Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Prepare monthly EPC project reports.
• Document lessons learned and improve document control processes.
• Improve the quality of engineering packages, dossiers, test reports, supplier drawings, contracts, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Academic background in Mechanical-Administrator, Mechanical-Electrical, or Industrial bachelor’s studies.
• Participation in extracurricular activities or practical experience in product or project engineering, manufacturing, design, commissioning, or related areas.
• Technical skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Advanced English.
• Proactive approach, teamwork, good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
