Process Support Engineer II (Semiconductor)

Location: Dallas-Richardson, TX (on-site); travel required 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $86,500–$119,000 per year.

What you will do

• Guide products through their lifecycle from initial concept to final qualification.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the Business Unit, clarifying customer issues and delivering applicable solutions.
• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
• Check and approve operational equipment quality and instruct customers in system operation and maintenance.
• Develop process experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, compile technical reports, and perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or a similar high-tech industry.
• Knowledge of 3 or more processes across at least 1 technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of experience in Applications or Process Engineering.
