Finance and Deployment Analyst II

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams.
• Plan projects, verify prerequisites, and coordinate master schedules with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track service and material deliveries to logistics platforms, PUDOs, and customer sites.
• Monitor installations, manage escalations, and ensure timely closure in the Oracle framework.
• Prepare customer billing reports, validate them with customers, and submit them for billing.
• Forecast finances, build financial models, monitor transactions, and prepare analytical reports.

Requirements

• Full-time, office-based role in Seville, Spain.
• Experience coordinating project implementation and working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage schedules, delivery tracking, installation reporting, and escalations.
• Ability to prepare financial forecasts, models, reports, and data analyses.
• Ability to monitor financial transactions and validate billing information.
