Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Interview practice owners, office managers, and controllers to understand payroll, hiring, and staffing workflows.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements, PRDs, tickets, and MVP scopes, and prioritize the backlog with engineering and design.
• Build and launch payroll features integrated with cards, BillPay, and accounting products, including payroll funding, tax filing, and general ledger synchronization.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage partners across payroll, background checks, job boards, and credentialing.
• Develop recruiting and workforce management workflows for clinical and front-desk roles, including job postings, applicant tracking, onboarding, and shift coverage.
• Define product metrics and partner with compliance, sales, and customer success on requirements, launches, demos, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, associate product management, product operations, or a related role with exposure to product development.
• Experience working on or shipping B2B software or fintech products and features.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn ambiguous customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Comfort working with data, including experience with SQL or BI tools, and using metrics to guide decisions.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate, particularly how money and people move through an organization.
• Ownership mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
