Product Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, extending its workforce marketplace and proprietary operational data into AI-powered customer workflows.

What you will do

• Architect and steward product strategy for the AI agent platform.
• Define, prototype, and ship production agents that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute work for users.
• Write product requirements and collaborate closely with product engineers, ML teams, founders, customers, and design partners.
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance.
• Use data and customer feedback to identify patterns, validate ideas, and guide product decisions.
• Communicate complex system behavior, evaluations, user experiences, and business impact across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience launching customer-facing AI products or agent systems that take meaningful actions and execute workflows.
• Evidence of building products from scratch and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.
• Strong technical ability, including collaboration with engineering and ML teams, reading evaluations, reasoning about system performance, and prototyping ideas.
• Experience working with modern AI systems and operating in ambiguous, fast-iterating startup environments.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City or San Francisco five days per week.

• Experience with forward-deployed or deeply customer-embedded product development.
