Product Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, connecting enterprise customers with workers for warehouse and manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the staffing product at the center of a two-sided marketplace.
• Define product strategy across staffing, marketplace, fulfillment, matching, and operational workflows.
• Write product requirements and partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and field teams to ship solutions.
• Build systems and internal tooling that improve marketplace liquidity, matching quality, fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
• Use data and customer research to identify patterns, answer marketplace questions, and guide product decisions.
• Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and industrial operating environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience shipping products that materially improved business outcomes.
• Strong experience with two-sided marketplaces and real supply-and-demand dynamics.
• Experience building enterprise products for multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments.
• Experience building internal operational tooling or systems, plus strong technical fluency when working with engineering teams.
• Experience in startup environments with broad ownership, speed, and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience operating AI-natively, including prototyping, coding, and building internal agents for research or analysis.
• Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or other industrial operations.
