Functional Business Analyst (Legal Technology)

What you will do

• Analyse and improve legal processes and applications, starthirify.global with legal entity management and expandhirify.global across the legal technology landscape.
• Manage functional applications, provide user support, resolve incidents and ensure clear follow-up and communication.
• Gather and clarify requirements and translate user needs into practical improvements.
• Implement automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve legal processes.
• Coordinate Legal, external IT suppliers, hirify.global Tech, the robotics team and colleagues globally.
• Support application adoption through clear guidance and maintain reliable, user-friendly and well-documented applications.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as Industrial Engineerhirify.global & Management.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in business analysis and/or functional application management, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proactive, analytical, service-minded and constructively critical approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate applications and processes.
• Team spirit, ownership, responsibility, curiosity, willhirify.globalness to learn and solution-oriented thinkhirify.global.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Agile or Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
