Sr Execution Business Partner Practitioner EBP Center of Excellence (EVM)

Location: Remote with required presence and proximity to the Scottsdale, Arizona facility for training and meetings; U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: USD $160,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Represent the Program Performance Management Center of Excellence across business lines and advise program and functional leadership.
• Drive consistent adoption of common processes, tools, performance standards, and digital program-management practices.
• Guide program teams in Earned Value Management, integrated cost and schedule baselines, variance analysis, and recovery planning.
• Support audit readiness through mock audits, documentation reviews, corrective action planning, and compliance assurance.
• Lead PM onboarding, bootcamp, advanced training, workshops, and coaching for program managers across the lifecycle from development through sustainment.
• Facilitate PM reviews, maintain the Customer Satisfaction Database, and use program data and dashboards to improve decision-making and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Extensive program-management experience leading or advising complex defense programs through engineering, production, and sustainment.
• Deep expertise in Earned Value Management, including baseline development, performance analysis, corrective action planning, and EIA-748 compliance.
• Experience mentoring and coaching program managers and applying program-management best practices across diverse teams and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, risk, and technical-performance integration across the program lifecycle.
• Experience supporting or leading audit-readiness efforts, including DCMA surveillance, customer reviews, and internal compliance assessments.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-881 and NDIA’s Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), plus proficiency with digital PM tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• PMP certification or equivalent is required.
