Delivery Assurance Manager (IT)

Location: All locations in the United States

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Provide independent, objective oversight of complex client projects and programs.
• Identify delivery risks and issues early, define mitigation strategies, and assess overall solution health and readiness.
• Conduct monthly and targeted project reviews with Project Managers, Engagement Leaders, architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Review statements of work, project plans, milestones, status reports, financials, execution metrics, and delivery dashboards.
• Coach project teams, improve delivery skills, facilitate difficult conversations, and support management interventions.
• Help architect and improve Delivery Assurance processes using newer digital technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, accounting, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on complex engagements.
• Experience leading at least one complex project, ideally lasting nine months or longer.
• Broad IT expertise or business-led digital transformation experience, including financial and ERP systems, technology infrastructure, governance, management, and internal controls.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, business development, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to solve complex business and technical problems in a changing environment.
