Senior Golang Engineer - DevOps Enablement (Go)

Salary: EUR 75,000–90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design and build resilient Go backend services for high-traffic e-commerce patterns.
• Solve complex scalability and cache invalidation problems.
• Build internal tools serving more than 100 developers as internal customers.
• Write clean, reviewable Go code and manage Helm charts, Terraform, and Terragrunt configurations.
• Deploy services to Kubernetes clusters, monitor them, and participate in on-call support.
• Own service availability and delivery across the full production lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of focused experience writing production Go and designing scalable systems.
• Senior-level engineering experience with a higher level of responsibility.
• Demonstrated full ownership of services, including shipping, Helm chart management, monitoring, and availability.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres, Redis, and GitLab CI.
• Ability to work in an agile, English-speaking environment with high standards for code quality, mentorship, and pragmatic delivery.
