AI Developer (Italian Speaker)

Location: Remote position based in Italy with required attendance at the Turin office once a week.

Gross annual salary: EUR 24,000–36,000; basic salary only, with the variable component detailed in the offer.

What you will do

• Implement Python solutions leveraging generative AI models and bring them into production.
• Design cloud projects using mainly AWS serverless architectures.
• Expose solutions through APIs for external systems and clients.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker packaging and deployment, and Terraform infrastructure as code.
• Develop shared libraries and frameworks for internal use across multiple teams.
• Document solutions, share results, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to architectural evolution and GenAI adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• At least 1 year of proven experience using generative AI models in real projects, including areas such as prompt engineering or RAG.
• Familiarity with embedding and semantic-search management tools such as Pinecone.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Practical AWS experience, especially with serverless services.
• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Applied research mindset with experience in experimentation and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to shared solutions.
• Good English and fluent or native Italian.
