Junior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby/Angular)

What you will do

• Build full stack product features across Ruby services and Angular and TypeScript applications, from initial brief to customer release.
• Work with engineers, designers, and product managers to scope solutions and define what to build.
• Deliver accessible, performant pages with appropriate states, tests, scripts, and the shared design system.
• Own features from ideation through production release, maintenance, iteration, and validation.
• Use authorised AI coding tools to accelerate repetitive work and review their output before release.

Requirements

• Some hands-on Ruby or similar experience, scripting interest, and curiosity about platforms and APIs; personal projects, bootcamps, and internships count.
• Knowledge of semantic HTML, accessibility, CSS including Flexbox and the Box Model, and modern JavaScript.
• Willingness to learn Angular, which is the frontend stack.
• Interest in coaching, teamwork, diverse and inclusive teams, and writing clean, secure code.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor and explaining when and why they were used.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.
