What you will do

• Define and communicate the Salesforce Sales Cloud vision and objectives based on Sales strategy and priorities.
• Translate business goals into product outcomes and select improvement opportunities with Sales teams, business analysts, architects, and delivery teams.
• Present user stories, participate in refinement and Sprint planning, and suggest delivery adjustments where needed.
• Ensure support for sales processes across the full lead-to-opportunity pipeline, including automation and AI capabilities.
• Guide testing, release readiness, user adoption, training, documentation, and change-management activities.
• Monitor usage and KPIs, and align business expectations with Salesforce standards, data quality, security, privacy, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst for Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its use in sales processes from lead to opportunity pipeline; Salesforce certification is ideally included.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein.
• Experience owning a product backlog and working with Agile delivery teams.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels and aligning priorities to promote process standardization.
• Customer- and user-focused mindset with a strong interest in measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to work through complex processes and dependencies.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
