Key Account Data Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Delta Park, Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom; on-site 5 days per week

What you will do

• Analyse customer, market, and product performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce availability, service, OTIF, backorder, and supply performance reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Key Account Managers with customer-facing analytics, service reviews, and supply chain performance discussions.
• Maintain and optimise statistical forecasting models and system-generated forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and forecast utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to increase reliance on statistical forecasting and reduce unnecessary overrides.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data analysis or supply chain operations.
• Experience applying analytical methods to demand forecasting, planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting techniques, demand analysis, and forecasting principles.
• Deep knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms, including scalable ML frameworks, feature engineering, tuning, and testing.
• Advanced Excel skills for data modelling and analysis, with experience using forecasting or planning systems such as o9.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Baan, Logility, or Cognos.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, or S&OP processes.
• Degree or higher education qualification in a technical or scientific discipline involving statistical methods.
