Founding Design Engineer (AI)

hirify.global builds an agentic engineering toolkit that captures developer intent from session transcripts, distills it into structured requirements, grounds them in code, and enforces them as codebases change.

What you will do

• Own how users interact with hirify.global across the CLI, web, and future platforms.
• Create prototypes, develop the right UX, and ship polished product experiences with strong attention to detail, performance, and quality.
• Design interfaces that help developers understand project architecture, navigate requirements, and review requirements alongside code.
• Build experiences for mapping requirements to code, exploring changes over time, and browsing agent sessions.
• Enable developers to identify contradictions and inconsistencies, and edit or reorganize requirements.
• Work directly with the founder and engineering team to turn early ideas and hypotheses into intuitive, interactive experiences.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong TypeScript skills.
• Deep experience building production applications with modern UI frameworks such as React.
• Strong design taste and a solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering production software.
• Self-driven, curious, smart, and passionate about improving programming.
• Active use and improvement of workflows with AI-powered coding tools.
