Product Owner – Altersvorsorgedepot (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and run the Altersvorsorgedepot retirement proposition, including leadership of the associated cross-functional squad.
• Shape, deliver, launch, and continuously evolve the product across build, launch, and business-as-usual phases.
• Develop new and existing offerings for advisers and retail investors through market and competitor analysis, user research, and testing.
• Translate strategy into product roadmaps, set priorities, make trade-offs, and coordinate delivery across proposition, technology, operations, Distribution, and Marketing.
• Oversee product governance, coordinate incident resolution, and support regulatory compliance.
• Monitor business KPIs and contribute to forward-looking planning and sustainable product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and delivering complex digital investment or retirement products in a regulated financial-services environment.
• Strong product leadership, commercial judgement, and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, high-impact situations.
• Confidence operating across business, operations, and technology.
• Ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into a compelling, scalable customer proposition.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams through build, launch, and continuous improvement.
