Product & Technical Manager Enka (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Own the strategic development of the ENKA product portfolio, including product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
• Translate market and customer needs into competitive product solutions and successful launches.
• Serve as the technical authority for product quality, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer value through close collaboration with key accounts and Sales.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and R&D to execute product and business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional initiatives supporting portfolio growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Management, Business Development, or a comparable role.
• Experience with industrial products, geosynthetics, technical textiles, construction materials, or related industries.
• Experience in product development, certification, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, leadership, technical, and commercial skills, including experience with international cross-functional projects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
