Data Analyst Intern (Italian Speaker)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with four days in-office each week

What you will do

• Collect and maintain hirify.global data across global markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, coverage, and timely delivery.
• Work with Data Research Analysts to meet production deadlines and resolve data-related questions.
• Support project teams evaluating procedures and creating or improving analytical tools.
• Analyze investment data points and calculations for the wider data team.
• Coordinate meetings and support the daily activities of the Analyst team.
• Work with fund companies and third-party data providers to collect database information and track complex data issues using Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Requirements

• Currently studying for or recently graduated with a BA degree.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Solid understanding of the financial industry and strong interest in investment data.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate large amounts of data accurately.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Fluency in another European language, preferably German or French.
• Previous project management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and interest in automation.
