Junior AI & Data Analyst

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of data and AI strategies for clients.
• Research emerging data and AI trends and provide insights to the strategy team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve business processes using data and AI.
• Analyze datasets and create visualizations to communicate findings to clients.
• Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and thoroughly argued strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with hirify.global’s internal departments and participate in client consulting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from ESADE Business School.
• No previous experience required; previous internships, preferably in consulting or financial services, are beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
• Strong organization, communication, curiosity, and an outgoing personality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience in consulting or financial services.
• Spanish, French, or German language skills.
