Junior Software AI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Support the design and development of AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop custom tools, integrations, and automations for LLM-based solutions, primarily in Python.
• Experiment with AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches, and share findings with the team.
• Test and evaluate the quality of AI agents and their outputs.
• Write clean, documented code, participate in code reviews, and learn Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Work with senior engineers through mentoring and hands-on project work.

Requirements

• Completed or in-progress degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, or SQL; Python is preferred.
• Strong interest in AI technologies, especially AI agents, agentic AI, and LLMs.
• At least one personal, academic, or open-source project related to AI agents, agentic AI, or LLMs, described in the CV.
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good English communication skills for collaboration in international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI, or agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, or RAG.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with Git and basic cloud concepts, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• A public GitHub profile showcasing projects.
