Senior AI Engineer

hirify.global operates a stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises, providing corporate cards, payments, treasury, and spend management.

What you will do

• Design and own agentic and LLM-based workflows end to end, including extraction, retrieval, reasoning, tool use, and human review points.
• Build production-grade LLM pipelines with prompt and context design, structured outputs, validation, fallbacks, and confidence scoring.
• Integrate AI services with backend systems through reliable APIs, retries, graceful degradation, and per-customer data isolation.
• Create evaluation sets, automated evaluations, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerts, and audit trails for AI decisions.
• Set shared AI engineering patterns and tooling, review system designs, and help engineers use coding agents and AI tools effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and operating AI-powered systems in production.
• Experience owning large systems or workflows from scoping and design through launch and iteration with limited direction.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications using APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, including structured outputs, error handling, and evaluation.
• Experience designing agentic or multi-step AI workflows with tool use, orchestration, and human review steps.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend fundamentals including REST APIs, relational databases, asynchronous patterns, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
